What we store
Your email address, if you create an account.
The creations you generate: the template used, what you typed into the form, the resulting instruction and the produced file.
The images you upload: artist photos and logos.
Your credit balance and activity history.
Where
In Supabase, which hosts the database and the files. Every row and every file is protected at the database level: only your session can read what's yours.
Creations you mark as public are copied to open-read storage, because that's the point of publishing them. Unpublishing removes them from the gallery.
For how long
As long as you have an account. Deleting it removes your creations, your uploaded images and your history.
If you use the app without an account, creations are saved in your browser only, and images you upload are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data.
We don't use your photos or creations to train models.
There is no advertising and there are no third-party trackers.
Third parties
The generation provider receives the text instruction and, if you upload one, the reference photo — solely to produce the result you asked for.
The payment provider receives only what's needed to charge you. We never store card numbers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by writing to hola@neonly.app.
